VISA SUPPORT TO BELARUS
Our company provides support to nationals who require visa in order to travel to Belarus.
The nationals of almost all countries (except Armenia, Cuba, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgystan, Moldova, Mongolia, Russia, Serbia and Montenegro, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan) are to obtain a Belarusian visa for entrance to Belarus. There are certain diplomatic passport nationals who are permitted to enter Belarus without visa: Argentina, Brazil, China, Hungary, India, Iran, FYR Macedonia, Romania, Slovakia, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Vietnam.
A Belarusian entry visa (for business, tourism, or personal matters) is issued at Belarusian embassies and consulates. However, if you live far from a Belarusian diplomatic mission abroad or you are pressed for time, you may also get a Belarusian visa on arrival to the National Airport “Minsk-2” at the airport’s Consular Office (however visa fee will be thrice higher in this case). In both cases you need a special invitation from a Belarusian citizen/company or a travel agency. The easiest way for foreigners to get a visa is to open a tourist visa through a travel agency. To get a tourist visa (which is valid for up to 30 days), the following documents are necessary:
- Invitation made by a travel agency (specifying passport data, the duration of stay in Belarus, etc);
- Tourist contract (confirming the tourist services in Belarus booked, e.g. visa support, hotel booking, transfers, etc.);
- filled-in visa application form;
- valid passport;
- passport-sized photos.
Our visa support services include sending the necessary documents to a Belarusian diplomatic mission abroad or submission of the necessary documents to the Consular office at Minsk-2 airport. Hotel booking in case of visa support is obligatory.
